Investing
- We aim to invest in solid, cash generating activities. We believe in businesses that clients and employees can understand, identify with and develop themselves with. Businesses we work with provide significant added value for their clients, are not easily commoditised and are run according to old-fashioned standards. Some of our investments are in the high-tech area all the same.
- We are currently looking for a Management Buy-In opportunity.
- We do some of our investments through partnerships, such as with Antea or Egeria.
Management Buy-In
- We are looking to acquire a majority shareholding in a company, based in the Netherlands, active in the business to business sector, with a significant technology component. Examples could be in the process automation, measurement and control, or production manufacturing areas. A description of what we are looking for in general terms is described in Dutch here.
Consulting and Interim Management
- Escurio consults, advises and provides interim-management services to other companies and organisations. Specific areas of expertise are described in our profile.
